All orders are carefully processed and usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that shipping times can vary based on your location, and tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.

Returns

We’re sorry to hear that your item didn’t meet your expectations, but we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

To start your return, simply use the return portal. Follow the instructions to complete each step, and you’ll be guided through the process.

Please keep the following in mind when making a return:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items should be returned in original condition, with tags still attached. If items are damaged, show signs of wear, or are missing tags, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Any customs duties or import fees for international returns are also the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
