How long does shipping take? 

Shipping times vary based on location. Typically, we ship out your order within 1-3 business days. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we offer international shipping to various countries. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination.

How can I track my order? 

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Will I need to pay any customs or import fees? 

As our orders ship from the Netherlands, you may be required to pay import fees depending on your location. We recommend checking a duty calculator for an estimate. Please note that we do not cover any import duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred upon delivery.

Can I update my shipping address, cancel my order, or make changes to my order after placing it? 

If you need to update your shipping address, cancel your order, or make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate any changes or cancellations once your order has been processed.

What is your return policy? 

We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Please visit our returns page for instructions.

Can I exchange an item? 

Exchanges are not typically available. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us and we will assist you with an exchange. For all other returns, you can send the item back for a refund and place a new order if the item is still in stock.

How long does a refund take? 

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
