  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or has been altered in any way.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Customs Fees: For international returns, any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by us.
